Orlando to cook at Tasting Australia

Orlando began as sous gourmet expert at Noma before getting to be set out cook toward three years at the Nordic kitchen and has worked at Heston Blumenthal's Fat Duck in London and Thomas Keller's Per Se in New York City. 

He will be setting up an occasional showcase supper, Natural, with Tasting Australia diplomat Jock Zonfrillo (Orana) in Victoria Square on May 5. 

"The fixings and wine from this part of the world are genuinely rousing," Orlando said. 

Different visitors incorporate David Pynt – whose Singapore eatery Burnt Ends was named number 14 in San Pellegrino's 50 Best Asian Restaurants this week – Anthony Myint and Chris Kiyuna of The Perennial in San Francisco, creators Mark Kurlansky and Liz Carlisle and three-time Chef of the Year Andrew McConnell. 

Tasting Australia will be held from May 1-8.
